This isn’t the type of weather or game, in which going yard usually works… Unfortunately, we are not the type of team to string together bunt, two singles, and a walk

 

Thomas is almost an automtic out and Heyman is in a monster slump. Even when he hits the ball hard, it's right at somebody.

Everyone wants to talk about pitching, but I continue to say we are not getting quality at bats. Pitching has been absolutely fine so far this evening and on more nights than given credit for. Again, can’t just go up there and try to go yard. Not when the feels like temperature is 37 or 38° and you have some wind. I say that for any of us that have played in this weather before, as we know this.

 

Lose this series and we are done folks!! Done!

 

It seems like in most games we play the opposing pitcher sets a new season or career or team history high in strikeouts or am I imagining things. Bad things

 

We again are showing the ability to make average pitching look pretty freaking spectacular……..

lol, sometimes I wonder. It was different when I played there
