I need to know @WarDamnGator 's and @wgbgator opinion on the proper aging technique for a bottle fermented Cantillon before I can cast my vote. Vertical or on its side?

 

On its side, or slightly elevated- like how they put it in the serving basket. You dont want straight up vertical. Treat it like a bottle of wine IMO.

They dont seem to worry about yeast sediment collecting on the sides of the casks when they are aging them on their sides
