More "mostly peaceful posts" by the left.

As an old timer who was taught as a youngster to respect your elders, I found his conduct reprehensible. I hope his parents gave him a good talking to, but the fact that he filed a lawsuit suggests he's a chip off the old block(head).

I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys who liked and responded with funny on higator85s post were some of the same people who chastised me for commenting I would like to punch Nancy Pelosi in the face.........So now it is OK to punch a kid in the face???????? Double standard shows its ugly face again.

There you go TRYING to play the victim card again, but this time your struggles with the English language are haunting you. You specifically said you wanted to punch an elderly woman in the face. @higator85s never said he wanted to punch anyone. He noted the punk had a punchable face, which he clearly does. That does not mean, however, that anyone has suggested they would personally like to do so.

I don’t recall all of the sordid details but I do recall the media account was very one sided, and the native Americans and African Americans were the more provocative parties, but a lot of assumptions were made because the kid had a MAGA hat on. It wasn’t a shining moment for mainstream media.

Nonetheless if he thought he turn this into a cancel culture moment and win millions I am happy his efforts failed.

So double standard-ness is ugly faced, but punching an old lady in the face is, well, meh?

Since I am a career military R, I guess that makes it a "mostly peaceful protest" from the right.

Get a clue. People not agreeing with you doesn't make them left, it just means they are educated.

Also, get a sense of humor.

Gotta be some pretty cool riding up there. I have been there a few times (Brunswick) but never had a chance to mountain bike or run the trails.

Very partisan people can never admit that they were wrong. Once they call out someone based on bad information, they can’t change their opinion.

Thanks. It does seem like some of the students were doing a warchant esque song, which certainly does seem disrespectful. Though I think we all know what can happen when a group of 18 year olds are in one place together. Mob mentalities can emerge that don’t accurately reflect the mentalities of most of the individuals in the mob. I think the court ruling for the media is the right one, but a lot of kids could get caught up in the moment like Sandmann did.

I think it is interesting that he took up with being an intern and campaign worker for Rep Andy Barr who is a Republican from Kentucky that is uber focused on canceling the woke. Andy is militant in his opposition to any protections for LGBT crowd. Not a fan. Nick probably is just looking to monetize his endearment of right wing support and build something in politics. My guess is he is as aimless as most people his age.

Hard to know, but I suspect you're right. He certainly locked onto victimhood and how the mean ol' left was trying to cancel him. But he became such a hero to the right, invited to speak at the RNC ... there's a good chance he was just a kid going with the flow. Maybe even being fed lines to recite.

Bull shit! Bull shit! Bull shit! I think you are the one who seems to be struggling with the English language. Please explain to me how answering the statement "US Women knocked out" with "There are a few US Women I'd like to knock out, Nancy are you out there?" is any more offensive than saying a kid "has a very punchable face.".

The first comment drew criticism from every liberal poster, meanwhile the punchable face comment drew praise and laughter.

One is an 84-year-old woman, the other is a guy in his early 20s.
Neither comment is admirable. But they’re also not quite the same

True but the Punchable face shown in the picture that appears in this thread is that of a teenager. I knew people would try to justify the face being punchable by using his current age.
I'm just sayin when I made a sarcastic comment the board flew off the handle but that kind of remark is not only acceptable now but thought to be funny by the same people who lost it before.
