I'm not referring to sports betting! I think BN realizes this has to be the year with a senior quarterback in Graham Mertz. He mentioned in the last press conference that he has asked Mertz to take calculated risks. He has a senior RB and complimentary RB's. He's excited about the experienced tackles and OL in general as well as the defense. BN prides himself as a gambler, and its time to show his cards and go for broke! "Scared Money Don't Make Money," so it's time to put up!!!

Define "gamble." I'm not disagreeing with you, but would note that he gambled quite a bit in year one, esp. on 4th downs.

It is a given that both the O and D lines will be better.
Look for Napier to capitalize off the those improvements.

A lot of our trick plays were doomed from the snap.

Taking measured or "calculated risks" as BN stated to Graham Mertz. To me, that's different than an irresponsible, impulsive, risk. In the context of Mertz, he needs to trust his instincts and follow his intuition to make calculated risks--maybe throwing a pass in a tight window. To ask him to take calculated risks is what I mean by gambling. I like BN, but I also have noticed he often plays it too safe on offense. Case in point, last year he sat on a good lead against Tennessee. He admitted later that he was being overly cautious in the third quarter, and it could have cost the Gators to lose that game. Incidentally, those gambles that BN took on 4th down are another example of a calculated risk, based on statistical analytics. Thanks for asking for clarification!

Agree. And not in a good way. In a way that a 12-year-old running a no-risk PlayStation team might.

Much of the offense in year one and year two was negatively impacted by inconsistency. Inconsistency was the result of not being mentally prepared!

It’s time. He doesn’t have many experienced players nor an all sec roster to count on but it’s still time. Tough spot to be in but he inherited shit. Let’s go

Every year we hear the offensive line will be better but lately it turns out to be just offensive.

George is a 'penalty-waiting-to-happen' and all we did was move him closer to the QB. o_O

Perhaps he will not false start as much when he is not worried about an edge rusher that’s faster than he is

Well, he was not useful at tackle so maybe being such a large person he can at least hold the line and prevent his area from being a turnstile.
