You're looking at it the wrong way. They love who they are. That's why they're willing to suffer through painful surgeries and an arduous process to be that person.
Biden is not Catholic enough to receive communion at some Catholic churches. There are also a lot of non-Catholic churches that would bar him from communion as well.
I've said this many times...I don't think Trump is a Christian. You might have missed it, but I have said it. And I'm not a "Trump follower" whatever you mean by that. I think we have two very flawed deceived people who would both claim they are Christians. It is highly doubtful that either of them are Christians.
Did you actually read Trump's "Easter message" to the American people or are you a member of the "it simply doesn't matter what he says and does" subspecies?
That’s some true both sides horseshitism if I’ve ever seen it. One man who has gone to mass every Sunday for decades. The other who cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star and paid her hush money to keep her mouth shut (unsuccessfully).
Intolerance for sin is a good thing. That should not be confused with a lack of mercy or grace for sinners. God does not tolerate sin, but He is willing to forgive those who come to Him in repentance and faith. Joe Biden, even if we make the shaky assumption he is a Christian, has not repented of supporting abortion, so he should not be allowed to take communion.
Not every thread in the universe has to arch back to a discussion of Trump. We can discuss Biden without discussing Trump. And Trump is not this all encompassing trump card that makes Biden unassailable from criticism. He’s the POTUS. He’s subject to criticism.
