I would rate it, as most things he has a hand in, as crude, vulgar, and stupid. However, it is a form of speech in my view and thus protected. Remember the image of Kathy Griffith holding up trump’s severed head? Same thing. Remember all the over the top calls for her arrest by the snowflake RW? I’m trying not to be like them.

 

Kathy Griffen did get a visit from the Secret Service and a lashing/interrogation. Same needs to happen to Donnie Baby.

 

I’m not being a snowflake, the image in itself does not warrant his incarceration it’s just the culmination of everything. He is probably this countries most successful criminal surpassing the Teflon Don. He’s been criming since adulthood. His potential death penalty is for the totality of his crimes.

Alas my stand against the death penalty is unshaken, but would I like to see him live in a dark hole for the rest of his unnatural life? Yes.

 

Agree to the principle, the difference is Trump is the leader of the GOP with a base that has answered his calls for violence.

 

Yeah, I think it was necessary for the SS to do so to metaphorically draw a line in the sand and she also paid a tremendous price professionally and personally - that sometimes happens with extreme political speech.
I wouldn’t be upset if Trump got a similar visit - of course he would advertise the visit to inflame his gaggle of gullibles. And so it goes.

 

I agree but I think that makes it very irresponsible and in character but not criminal.

A very good question. I think you have identified what his defense is likely to be - at least in part. If his lawyers can raise that question effectively they may find a few jurors for whom that is reasonable doubt. I know I would have to wrestle with that were I a juror.
If no man is above the law - and that is still aspirational at this point- shouldn’t the same laws be applied equally to everyone? If one of your friends had the kidnapped Biden graphic on their truck should they be arrested?

 

If you are willing to vote for someone who finds a loophole into a gag order to endanger the life of a judge's daughter, you're a bad person. No argument.

What Is an Oubliette?
Oubliette (pronounced "oo-blee-ett") is a French term from the verb "oublier" (which means "to forget"). It was so named because a prisoner was thrown down into one and then forgotten. An oubliette was a specialized type of dungeon, with the only entrance a trap door at the top, agonizingly out of reach of the prisoner.

Often this horrible prison was shaped like a very narrow passage, not wide enough for the prisoner to sit down or even get down on his knees. He was forced to stand or lie prone as he starved to death. He could tilt his head back to see the grate, far above his head and out of reach, but that was all.

Oubliettes were sometimes built within the walls of the upper floors of a castle rather than in the dungeon so that victims could hear and smell the life of the castle as they slowly died of deprivation in unspeakable conditions. Read the entire article and the linked video to view an oubliette and shudder at the horror. I doubt Trump would last 24 hours encased in an oubliette.

 

Yes, the laws should be enacted equally, and any other defendant that was threatening the daughter of the judge would be slapped with a gag order and - I hope - thrown in jail to deter undermining our justice system through violence, which seems to be Trump's purpose here.

 

I’ve no strong argument with that. It may, however be trump’s intent but do what should be done and let the cookie crumble as it will.

 

Yep, the jurors, judges, prosecutors and their families will be under tremendous pressure to stand up to the risk. I don't envy them but will admire their courage.

It is a rare day when you can say that Trump has sunk to a new low. You wouldn't think it possible after the insurrection, the sexual assault of one woman, and the payoff to a stripper, the trashy commentary, the cheating of contractors, cheating on taxes, etc. He has the morals of an alley cat, and I'm probably being kind to Trump saying that (I know I'm not being kind to the alley cat).

Trump's latest is forwarding a (photoshopped) image of Biden bound with rope in the back of a pickup truck. Just a little suggestion for any followers wondering what they can do to help the Trump campaign. Not sure which page in the Trump bible covers kidnapping--probably in the same chapter that talks about sexual assault procedures.

What kind of Neanderthal would support a candidate like Trump?

 

Don't get me wrong I am in no way backing him up but I would like to see the video Trump posted. Like I said I am not defending him at all just don't trust the media outlets that are running this story. They show still pictures and zoomed in photos and clips. I know how they do in these situations. Does anybody know where I can see Trumps full post?
