Congrats you’re making identical arguments as proponents of racial segregation did back in their day.
Very sad that most people of faith have abandoned every positive thing that Jesus supposedly taught, but still cling to messages of Old Testament hate like this ...

Goes back to what you want to believe. If you want to focus on food, my belief that was put in place due to a shortage of food. There’s no other religious basis for it and really doesn’t go to a core belief. Nowadays, there’s no shortage of food. There’s other examples in the Bible that were more appropriate at the time but doesn’t carry over to modern society. Unlike killing, adultry, stealing, dishonesty and etc. No one is without sin. You can’t go entire day without sin. However, that doesn’t mean you can completely ignore scripture and do whatever you want. If you want to ignore and pretend there isn’t a higher power, that’s your choice. However if you are wrong…. I just know when I chose to believe in God, my life turned completely around and doors were opened that didn’t exist before. Life has a much clearer picture when you have faith. I have experienced many things that I cannot deny that a higher power had a hand in it. I have experienced many things that are beyond any mere coincidence or explanation. I have been rewarded greatly when I chose to have faith.
This whole post was started under a false premise and intended to be offensive to the LGBT community and people who support them ... Also, I found a better version of Jesus for Christians to pretend to admire, enjoy.
Unless you think that scripture is no longer applicable. Then, you can ignore it and do what you want. You just have to make sure you cling to other parts of the Old Testament that justify your dislike of people who are different from you. Those are the parts that matter.
At the risk of setting off the intolerant fringe right even more, March 31, 2024 also happens to be: National Bunsen Burner Day Oranges and Lemons Day National Daylight Savings Day National Tater Day National Crayon Day National Cream Cheese Frosting Day National Prom Day National Neighbor Day Eiffel Tower Day World Backup Day https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/mar/31/https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/mar/31/ Have at it, more events for you to target with your pathetic sense of indignation.
The entire premise of the thread is faux christian victimhood outrage du jour. Not sure what you'd expect the responses to be on too hot. Nonsense deserves nonsense.
