I would rate it, as most things he has a hand in, as crude, vulgar, and stupid. However, it is a form of speech in my view and thus protected. Remember the image of Kathy Griffith holding up trump’s severed head? Same thing. Remember all the over the top calls for her arrest by the snowflake RW? I’m trying not to be like them.

I’m not being a snowflake, the image in itself does not warrant his incarceration it’s just the culmination of everything. He is probably this countries most successful criminal surpassing the Teflon Don. He’s been criming since adulthood. His potential death penalty is for the totality of his crimes. Alas my stand against the death penalty is unshaken, but would I like to see him live in a dark hole for the rest of his unnatural life? Yes.

A very good question. I think you have identified what his defense is likely to be - at least in part. If his lawyers can raise that question effectively they may find a few jurors for whom that is reasonable doubt. I know I would have to wrestle with that were I a juror. If no man is above the law - and that is still aspirational at this point- shouldn’t the same laws be applied equally to everyone? If one of your friends had the kidnapped Biden graphic on their truck should they be arrested?

Yes, the laws should be enacted equally, and any other defendant that was threatening the daughter of the judge would be slapped with a gag order and - I hope - thrown in jail to deter undermining our justice system through violence, which seems to be Trump's purpose here.

Yep, the jurors, judges, prosecutors and their families will be under tremendous pressure to stand up to the risk. I don't envy them but will admire their courage.
It is a rare day when you can say that Trump has sunk to a new low. You wouldn't think it possible after the insurrection, the sexual assault of one woman, and the payoff to a stripper, the trashy commentary, the cheating of contractors, cheating on taxes, etc. He has the morals of an alley cat, and I'm probably being kind to Trump saying that (I know I'm not being kind to the alley cat). Trump's latest is forwarding a (photoshopped) image of Biden bound with rope in the back of a pickup truck. Just a little suggestion for any followers wondering what they can do to help the Trump campaign. Don't get me wrong I am in no way backing him up but I would like to see the video Trump posted. Like I said I am not defending him at all just don't trust the media outlets that are running this story. They show still pictures and zoomed in photos and clips. I know how they do in these situations. Does anybody know where I can see Trumps full post?
