Chalkiest tournament ever? I have 13 of 16 still alive. Each region has at least 3 of the top 4 seeds into the sweet 16. Sorta boring actually.
I'm at 13/16 too. The top 5 of us all have different championship picks so it will work itself out . . . probably by the end of next weekend. NC State and Baylor . . . UGH!
Lotta people alive for first place. The thing that would make it interesting would be if IL, SanD St, Duke, AL, Gonzaga or Creighton won the championship. In such cases, it's probably about who has the best FF. Otherwise, it's between those who got the right champion and comes down to early round pts being the diff.
@gatordavisl is more than generous . . . and I understand he gives TRIPLE bonus points for all correct Florida picks following the Championship Game. LOL!

LOL! In 2000 I had picked UF to win the whole tourney in my work place bracket. We lost that championship game but I already had won the pool and had the money in my pocket when watching the hated Michigan St. beat us. I would have rather won the championship than win the $$$. Ha!
Not to brag, but I haven't missed on a single bracket pick yet this year. Not. One. Miss. Of course, I didn't fill out a bracket, so that may explain it.
Thanks GatorDavis for compiling/posting this data; I know it is tedious. It was all I could do to fill out the bracket so I can only imagine the time and hassle of compiling and posting the semi-results of 20+ NBNers.
After round three . . . The max numbers were a volatile data point in the S16. Very few didn't move much, while others just imploded. I've added a column showing the number of FF teams each bracketologist has remaining. Early indicators: If Purdue cuts down the nets, tilly will be champ. If TN cuts down the nets, Gator954 is your winner. BTE appears to be in the driver's seat if UConn wins, but I haven't confirmed this. Edit: If Purdue beats TN and UConn wins, I'm pretty sure that I will be champ.
