I don't know about that. He just accused the prosecutor's office of prosecutorial misconduct...without any evidence. That is not something you do on a whim.

This probably did the trick - singling out the Judge and his daughter. Hopefully this judge means what he says and actually treats Trump like any other criminal defendant. yep, nothing subtle about that. I don't get the sense that this guy is going to treat him any different. I suspect the over under on the first fineable offense will be about 48 hours and djt will go all weekend before he gets slapped with a $$ amount on Monday. it's the second offense that will be interesting to see what the judge does during a campaign. House arrest? no outside access? I think that would be a dream scenario for Trump so he can go play golf and duck out while playing the victim card before and after. contempt with sentencing post verdict. time/penalty added to whatever sentence is decided?
