    Kari is showing a lot of remorse here. The judge should consider that in awarding damages.

    Lake has been delaying discovery for weeks. Her request for a summary judgement against her, if accepted, will likely stop the discovery process. Best guess is there are documents that show that Lake knew she was lying that she would rather lose the suit and pay Richer instead of having the docs released to the public.
