So going to Georgia really does make people dumber.

 

The cops must have not realized he was with the Dawgs now and it was ok.

 

Probably makes him one of the safer drivers on the team.

 

Will be “handled internally.”

 

How do people drink and drive these days?

It was stupid back in the day, but with cell phones and driveshare, there are zero excuses to drink and drive now.

 

Glad nobody got hurt or killed, hopefully he learns from this.

 

I'm not going to make light of it. Hope he grows from it.

Oh, he refused testing--Smart--and with the right attorney, dismissed or downgraded charge.

 

Just wow.

 

I don’t know about Georgia but in Florida isn’t refusing testing an automatic one year suspension whether you’re convicted or not?
And damn, released only an hour later. I got a DUI in July 4, 1988 at 10 o’clock at night and I didn’t get out until noon the next day.

 

Not to mention underage drinking.

 

How does all that happen in less than an hour???
