Well you don’t deny party loyalty. I have said I am evaluating Trump. I am not sure how I am going to vote in November other than I am definitely not voting for Biden. I simply don’t believe everything Democrats accuse him of. That does not exonerate Trump as a good man. He is not. He has glaring character flaws, but that does not mean we should have no restraint and believe everything your imagination might suggest about him. It does not mean every accusation or lawsuit brought against him is true. This is a man who has made a lot of enemies. He has even done legitimate things to deserve to be hated. I’ll even cede that with respect to Trump. Being a bad man does not make someone guilty of everything they are accused of, however.

The honest truth, though, is Trump being tried in deep blue NYC is about the same as a black man being tried for rape in the Deep South prior to the 1960’s. A NYC jury would certainly be a biased entity, but that is probably true of Trump being tried anywhere in the country. The result in Mississippi or Montana would be equally questionable IMO.

That is what I said, and for saying those words you called me misinformed. That is the definition of a weak case: 1 witness and no physical evidence. This is a classic Me Too case. If there is 1 witness, and they claim they were raped then it must be true. How many people aligned with Me Too were on a jury in NYC? Probably a lot.

There are other "witnesses" in the sense they were called to testify before the court about something, but there was only one true witness who claimed to see this crime.

 

Yes. Trump is a victim. Just like the Black folks who were systematically denied rights and occasionally killed and beaten, while enduring a virtual apartheid state. It's not fair.
