We live in crazy times when someone has to pay almost 500 million for paying back on loans to banks that did their own due diligence and agreed to terms. When someone calls me to do a refinance and they tell me they think their home is worth $xxxxxx but it appraiser under that but we still write the loan and sign papers since it’s still satisfactory, should we start charging them for fraud before or after they pay off the mortgage without incident? Lmao truly feel like I’m living in a clown world.
