You ignored the part about generations of selective breeding and generations of hard labor. Why? You only took the part of my post that fits your narrative. Why did you ignore the first sentence? Because you know it is true. TAKE A LAP!
Do you do any research on your own or just yell racism all the time? Think we all know the answer lol. Supreme Court affirmative action case showed ‘astonishing’ racial gaps
Then take the last 10. As of 3 years ago, only 4 (Edit: I was wrong, correct number was 7) NBA head coaches were black despite ~75% of the players. But sure, let's ignore the lack of advancement opportunity for the racial majority of the professional athletes so that it doesn't interfere with your absurd premise that sports leagues are bastions of equal opportunity.
All races have been slaves. Maybe do some reading before the continued race baiting. Are you related to Al Sharpton LOL?
If you are going to make shit up, at least try to be close so you don't get fact checked. Swing and a miss. NBA head coaches by ethnicity 2023 | Statista
We're talking about here...the good ole US of A. Are you truly denying that generations of selective breeding and slavery did not contribute to the black athlete dominating sports? I have done the research and you won't like what you find, sir.
LOL. What does that have to do with the Major sports leagues being purely merit based for at least 20+ years. So simple question. Should we have Asians and other minorities that aren't represented on the playing major sports playing fields be given special consideration so they are included? Why not make quotas? Hell, we need more Hispanic and Asian football players. Let's get this done! Anyone with a brain sees how dumb that is. Back to your race baiting...
So since blacks are better athletes according to you and since Asians are underrepresented in major US sports should all NBA, NFL and MLB teams be forced to carry a certain percentage of minorities? Love twisting the race baiters into a pretzel. Too funny.
You got me on a misremembered statistic. I edited my comment and note the correction. But again, the gross majority of NBA players are black, and yet the majority of head coaches being black is a singular event going back to 2010. And you're using that as evidence that it's an enterprise entirely based on meritocracy? It's admittedly better than most, but you offer nothing to back up that employee diversity is based only on merit beyond the actual team rosters. Also, I just realized who I'm arguing with, so I'm gonna go ahead and see myself out before this goes on for 14 pages while you maintain 100% confidence that you've entirely right. But first: NBA receives an A for racial and gender hiring practices
You seem to like to pat yourself on the back a lot. Race baiter? You keep dodging my point about selective breeding, why? Why did the NFL institute the Rooney rule? Oh pretzel masta, tell us slow black folk.
Race baiters gonna race bait. What about selective breeding? That it's advantageous? Wow, thanks Capt Obvious. Doesn't change the fact the major sports leagues are purely merit based for their players. Same goal should be for schools and for companies. You don't want that. That's ok. That's what racists want.
LOL. I'd want to stop having a discussion also if I was proven to be way off as well LOL. Team rosters are the most important thing to an NBA team. So yes, that is the ultimate meritocracy. All school and companies should strive for that.
Nah, I just decided a long time ago not to argue with you for the same reasons I don't talk to people on my TV.
