Funny how because a few people say they’ve been treated poorly, it’s back to Jim Crow times I guess. Some people enjoy the division I suppose. We’ve been over this before. Racism can never be completely eradicated. It’s silly to think otherwise. Hell, Europe doesn’t have our history and they’re rallying against racism too. Libbies will always libbie. Find something to complain about, always something isn’t fair. America is not a racist nation so stop it.

If you truly believe this then why wouldn't it be prudent to keep certain guardrails in place so that it never happens again. Including white people in the near future.

How can I make someone who thinks whites are being singled out understand generations of racism and oppression? You think what's going on today is whites being singled out? "Guardrails"? How about we treat all jobs like the NFL and the NBA. They don't care what color your skin is. They are 100% merit based. That is what all companies should be doing.
Your mind is already made up. What we teach our children as parents, inevitably will determine how we will treat one another in future generations. If you hold on to your distrust of whites, and you teach your children to do the same…the cycle can never break. This is why I say racism can never be truly erased. Some people won’t let go. I teach my children to treat everyone the way they wish to be treated. It’s that simple.
Except, of course, when you consider that the majority of the "employees" or players over the last 5 decades are of one race, while the majority of management or senior management (assistant and head coaches) over that time frame have been a different race.
Then why did you make the statement that white kids are being singled out? How so? In what ways? I pray for the children of such an aggrieved soul. I will continue to do so.
NBA? Majority of head coaches are black in 2023. And we aren't talking 5 decades LOL. Why talk about something from 50 years ago if it has zero to do with the present? Would you agree all NBA, MLB and NFL players are picked purely for merit and not by skin color?

Looks like the generations of slavery and selective breeding finally paid off. Also, those sports have a low cost entrance so that will push the numbers up as well.
