Pence cowardly weasels out of supporting Trump with some bullshit excuse that Trump isn’t conservative enough.

His lack of endorsement won’t make a bit of a difference just like Pence’s entire life.

I’m convinced if saving democracy required action from Pence, instead of inaction, we would have been screwed.

Still, another former Trump inner circle members says he shouldn’t be president. Pretty shocking if it were anyone else but Trump

Pence says he ‘cannot in good conscience’ endorse Trump | CNN Politics

Former Vice President Mike Pence on Friday said he “cannot in good conscience” endorse presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump, a stunning repudiation of his former running mate and the president he served with.

“Donald Trump is pursuing and articulating an agenda that is at odds with the conservative agenda that we governed on during our four years. That’s why I cannot in good conscience endorse Donald Trump in this campaign,” Pence said on Fox News.

Could cost Trump at least 1 or possibly 2 of Pence’s 3 remaining supporters.

Nobody in the Trumppublican party has the balls to say the truth; that Trump is a criminal.

Yep. 100% agree with her. I’ll add that the establishment GOP is entirely complicit in this debacle. Because only a few have come out and said so clearly, like Romney/Cheney it’s been easy for Trump to simply purge them as haters and march forward with 30% of the GOP Trump believers locked up cuz the other 70% are cowards who are like “well at least this criminal anti-American sex-criminal insurrectionist isn’t a woke Democrat”.

You know, we should just pull the election forward into April. There are no "undecideds" remaining. Everyone knows who he or she is voting for already. Can we just save ourselves 8+ months of nauseating TV ads and endless robo-calls and texts?

There may not be undecideds but there are people who are not chronically online or into politics that need a lot of education that a campaign can bring in the late stages.

Especially when 14% of those polled think Biden killed Roe because it happened in his term.

Pence is a one issue voter: Which candidate tried to have me killed on 1/6 and which didn't?

Yet he’s not endorsing the guy who didn’t try to kill him.

You know it's not going to break through with his base but what a gigantic red flag that you have so many people who worked directly for him not just saying that they prefer another Republican, but that Trump should not be President at all.

Lol, even when a candidate distances themselves from Trump and does not support him that is not good enough for the left. Nope, you must perfectly articulate the MSM’s reasoning or you’re bad. I think we should invent a new term for this phenomenon: political fundamentalism.

Props to Pence for the honesty. His right hand man for his entire presidency thinks Trump is unfit for the job. Speaks volumes to anyone listening.

Pence is no hero for doing this. He has no political future in the GOP for no longer being a Trump lickspittle so he can speak honestly. You must either kiss the Trump ring or lose your career.

Do you agree with Pence that Trump is unfit to be president? You might have more PDS than I do.

That’s the issue though. He hasn’t said Trump is unfit as far as I”ve read. Just that on policy he can’t support him.

To be fair, it's tough to thread the needle of being honest about not supporting him while also trying to prevent Trump's crazy followers from trying to kill him (again)
