YOU, YOU of ALL people telling someone to be well rounded??? That coming off of your keypad has to even have a good portion of the liberals here laughing.

As to your suggestion, I’m not making allegations of Fani spreading the Fanny around. That all came out in the hearings.

Enjoy yourself this weekend, I’m sure you’re just a joy for your friends and family to be around.

Facts similar to this as posted by you? "This is a pretty clear case of Fani embezzling funds indirectly to benefit( again;hopefully) her own personal pleasure."
But those are certainly not right-wing ramblings and fantasies of some muckraking rag or website. LOL

With good reason, but in this case there were no proven grounds to disqualify. You're opinion is based on partisan politics.

So what do you call hiring you unqualified boy toy and then directly benefitting from his taxpayer funded expense account?

You deserve prosecutors with ethics the like of Willis. Stay tuned. If she had to campaign on not boning subordinates there’s probably more to come out on her

I never complimented her ethics, did I? She’s a moron.

Read the opinion and tell me where the judge got it wrong based on GA law.

Otherwise you’re just partisan blathering. As usual.

She’s a lot of things, likely including being a liar.

But tell me where the judge got it wrong based on GA law to disqualify a prosecutor instead of just making ad hominem arguments and calling her names.

No you just made accusations of a conflict of interest while you say nothing about right wing legal figures doing much worse.

Your just like everyone railing on about Hunter Biden and saying nothing about Kushner and his Middle East acquired billions.

I think you will be hard pressed to find me to have said much about Hunter Biden other than there sure looks like an investigation was needed.

I didn’t say the judge was wrong, but she should be removed not only from the case but from office. I would fire anyone who did something similar in my company. I wouldn’t tell her that she could stay on as long as she fired the guy she was boning.

What you or I would do in a private company is irrelevant, she’s an elected official and the voters can either impeach her or fail to de-elect her if she runs again. But the judge didn’t have that option.

And let’s hope that they do. And back to my original post, Georgia has work to do on their laws. That someone who does this does not have any check or balance is the real issue.

You think most state laws are different than ours when disqualifying a prosecutor? Florida requires “actual prejudice” which is an even more stringent standard.

Yep I wouldn’t put up with it either but Ga law sets a low threshold for ethical behavior. Probably something they shouldaddress in the next legislative go-round but probably won’t for fear of being caught in their own trap.

I think most laws were written with the assumption that politicians had at least some honor and ethics. We obviously have known for quite some time that that was a false assumption.

    It’s time time fix this.

Maybe we just need to take the money out of politics and elect better people instead of just chasing bad people with more litigation. .

Irrelevant from a legal standpoint but not irrelevant. If this came of probably any corporation, the press would be all over this like stink on shit. I believe that you would agree with me on this. They would not have even waited for the hearing to call for firings and resignations. Every company that I have worked for would have terminated her. All but one of them would have been even before any allegations went public. As usual, our media has already played their hand in this.
