Nate Oats said last night that he hasn't played zone all year and don't know how to. That is not there game. I think he is too proud to change his style.

Anyone remember the Sears foul situation in the last game? Might be worth it to try to bait him into a 3rd foul and get him off the court.

I just think we have 2 very good bigs for freshman in Condon & Haugh. Coach has a good eye for talent.
I bet Brown next year will be better than his ranking.
I really think we can get to elite 8 with a good draw.

Yeah we may have discovered the second coming of Billy Donovan. Coach TG! You are the man.

 

Almost every pass is some type of high risk, no look pocket pass, shovel pass or wild hook shot lob type thing, often in heavy traffic. Too careless with the ball to deserve major minutes, but we need him for his defense and ability to get to the rim (and hit free throws!).

 

We're 4-10 on 3's vs. 3-12 for Bama.

Need to stay ahead of them on this!!!

 

TBF I haven't seen Kentucky press/trap all year but desperate times vs TXAM forced their hand.

Unfortunately (for them) they looked like a team that doesn't press and got absolutely torched.

 

If Bama did have a zone defense and didn't use it during UF's 21-2 run just now, that would be some of the biggest coaching malfeasance I've ever seen in college basketball.
