The fact that the Gator O is scoring runs has allowed Fisher to remain in the game to this point.

 

Stealing 3rd with 2 outs and one of your best hitters up is pretty aggressive. Worked out but a better throw and he would have been out.

 

Last thing you want is Earl getting hit for A&M

Cortes is their second best arm on the team? I like that they brought him in early. I think it’s time soon for us to bring Neely in if we get a lead.
We cannot fall behind. Interesting that they don’t care that they have already burned Cortez for tomorrow and if they keep him in another inning, he probably will not be throwing on Sunday once he hits the 50 pitch threshold especially this early in the year
