5 seasons, 0 tourney appearances with only one season being kind of close I think. Vanderbilt can be a lot greater than that.

 

It is peculiar he was fired a year after winning SEC co-coach of the year ... how often does that happen?

 

Why?

 

Vandy needs to play the NIL and facility game better in this new era of college sports. Will be hard for any coach to win there with limitations they have in these two areas. Hard to be consistent over time without those things. Prior NBA experience of HC is all they had going for them.

 

Almost always in the NBA it seems.

Agree. If the SEC Tournament is in Nashville every year now (I guess no more football SECCG but we still keep the hoops tourney?) Vandy has to start competing in what is literally a home game. Does anyone like this pos commissioner who does nothing about the putrid officiating?

 

I would hope that Vandy has more integrity than that. But then, this is the SEC.

Yep. That's some good viewing. Also when they get pulled over and go into the whole, "I'm not driving, I'm traveling" hooey. Love it when the car window gets smashed; that's the money shot.
