Never disappoint, except the graph didn't come from obscure website!! Well maybe it is citystupid$hit.com?? Except most all my views, at least 50% of the population feel that way. You, maybe not so much!!

You’re a lock-step Republican so I really doubt this is true. 50% of the population most certainly does not agree with your viewpoint on a platform basis. The last time that happened was 2004.

One sided justice? Aren’t you convinced all Trumps charges are a “witchunt”? How can you say with a straight face Biden should be charged when you go to the mat saying Trump should not?

You’d have at least a little credibility if you admitted Trump should be charged (considering his documents cases involved deception and non-cooperation) and then took a “charge ‘em all” approach to others like Pence and Biden.

I'll say this!! I don't think either should be charged on the documents. Simply because we have seen it way to often with too many administration officials and they never get charged, except Trump. Now for obstruction, that is a different deal. But both of them had CC docs in unsecure storage, both of them willfully took the docs, Trump for his ego, Biden for the $8 mil book. Proven Biden shared the docs, with Ghost writer, still not proven Trump did. If you want to drop certain charges against Trump then neither should be charged, if not then Biden should be charged.
That is all I'm saying, many of the indictments and reasons behind them could have Biden written on them instead of Trump. Not all of them but certainly some of them.

The only problem with that narrative is that classified information was never used by Biden's ghostwriter although Biden apparently did share notes containing classified information with him. Apparently, you've been drinking the Trump Koolaid and believe whatever Trump and his enablers in Congress and the right-wing media have been saying. There are numerous difference why Trump was charged and Biden was not and they have been described many times including by Hur is his testimony yesterday. By the way there is testimony that Trump did share a top secret document with an Australian billionaire.
Trump discussed nuclear submarines with Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt, three sources say
Exclusive: ‘Trump Employee 5,’ who unknowingly helped move classified documents, speaks out | CNN Politics
At one point in his interviews, Butler says he told investigators that Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt repeated classified submarine secrets following a conversation with Trump in spring 2021. Pratt met with Trump and heard from the former president about US and Russian submarines at their meeting, then relayed that information to his chief of staff while in the backseat of Butler’s car. Butler later told investigators he was shocked that Trump would share such information with a foreign citizen who paid excessive sums for access to Mar-a-Lago.

Here is a little Trump Koolaid right of Biden's mouth.

About halfway through the first day, Hur asked Biden how he stored documents related to his work after he no longer was vice president. "Where did you keep papers that related to those things that you were actively working on?"
Biden said he wasn't sure. "This is what, 2017, 2018, that area?" he asked. "Yes, sir," Hur responded.
    Another gem.
But Biden went further back in time and began talking about the death of his son Beau, from cancer, just as Biden was trying to decide whether to run for president. "Remember in this timeframe, my son is — either been deployed or is dying, and so it was — and by the way, there were still a lot of people at the time when I got out of the Senate that were encouraging me to run in this period, except the president," said Biden.
"He (former President Barack Obama) just thought she had a better chance," Biden said, referring to Hillary Clinton, who ended up being the Democratic nominee in 2016. He briefly talked about how, by 2017-18, he hadn't ruled out trying to run for president again — then returned to talking about his son.
"And so what was happening, though — what month did Beau die? Oh God, May 30," Biden said, according to the transcript. An attorney from the White House counsel's office interjected to say "2015," a year then echoed by a second unidentified speaker.
"Was it 2015, he had died?" Biden said. Moments later, the president — still seemingly looking for his bearings in time — asked: "and what's happened in the meantime is that Trump gets elected in November of 2017?"
    Sharing classified info.
President Biden trusted the ghostwriter behind his two memoirs so much that “at least three times” he read aloud to him passages from journals containing classified details of Obama-era deliberations, according to a special counsel report released Thursday.
    Yet one more.
Among Hur’s findings was that Biden had “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials to his ghost writer (Zwonitzer) after his vice presidency.” Zwonitzer never held a security clearance, and Biden knew this, the report added.

we have NEVER seen someone take so many high-level, current operational documents, share them with people with no access, refuse to return them, intentionally move them to avoid them being discovered, and then lie about it all while threatening his co-conspirators. NEVER HAS EVER HAPPENED BEFORE. just quit with that, you discredit yourself..

Do you even recognize what Biden did? He kept his for 8 million reason and then gave them to his ghost writer!! I am by no means exonerating Trump but come on!! You paint yourself with team colors only if you can't recognize some of the similarities simply because you hate Trump. I don't hate Biden; I just think time has passed him and his plagiarizing deceitful ways. If Biden was my father, I would be trying to get him to retire and enjoy the millions he has earned in public service. Sorry. but everyone one of has a time when we need to step aside!

Bro, you are supporting either a political candidate who is an un-American traitorous criminal, or the "political party" that wholly supports, defends and enables him. There is basically a de facto litmus test that anyone who would hold leadership, and nearly all candidates, must profess their belief in the lies and criminal conspiracy of 2020 fake election fraud. It's the most un-American s____ in modern history.

That's what you support. That's who, by choice, you are.

So who cares who agrees with your support for criminal enabling? You could fill a room with OJ Simpson supporters and try to tell us how that justified your defense of OJ's righteousness.

But in the end that would be the same as now; you would just be shilling for a criminal or their enablers.

If you want to make the argument that Biden is receiving special treatment, the appropriate analogy is to Gen. David Petraeus not Donald Trump. Petraeus shared classified documents with his girlfriend and biographer, was charged with mishandling the documents and ended up entering into a plea agreement which resulted in a large fine and a suspended sentence. Trump's charges are far more egregious and are indicative of an open defiance of the law.

I stated and admitted that not all of Trump's charges are what Biden did, but there certainly are quite a few that are very similar and if you can't see that then you are team colors only.

    That's pretty cute.

And by "cute", I mean one of the weakest, not-even-gradeschool-quality, lamest attempts at witty or meaningful banter, discourse or comeback I've seen.

So shouldn't you get back to shilling for your criminal/criminal organization? I'm pretty sure the people you vote for will continue voting to obstruct justice at all stages. They'll probably help raise money to defend the guy who led a conspiracy to overturn an election.

Go shill for and vote for that, sir. That's who you are.

What does any of that have to do with whether charges could have been brought against Biden?

Trump would have never been charged had he returned the documents when requested. Instead he lied about their disposition and concealed them not to disseminating information to a foreign individual not authorized to receive the information (note: I do not think that he was charged with the dissemination although that could be introduced as evidence if and when he is tried). The difference is that Biden ended up cooperating with the DOJ and FBI while Trump knowingly continued to flout the law.

the documents were not comparable in level of security, representing current information, compromising ongoing intel operations, sheer volume, intent to obstruct justice, etc..you are hanging onto the kraken that just isn't there. context matters and it seems to be lost on you. the two cases are not remotely comparable in any measure that actually matters.

So basically, because Trump is d!ck about giving them back he gets charged and Biden being the nice cooperative guy, even though some similar activities gets off scott free.
Parallel logic, if you just cooperate with the cop, he won't shoot you!

First other than a few of you on here I don't even know what the hell you are talking about with Kraken, and classified is classified and some of Biden info was on the Afghanistan war. Maybe that is why the pullout was so botched, it was leaked! Absolutely context matters and the main context is that we are talking about a former President, which Biden was not when he took and kept his docs. His docs were so he recount his actions to a ghost writer for what like $8 mil I believe.
