More judges does absolutely nothing to slow the migration process down, especially if they're waiting on US soil.

 

Remain in Mexico was a pandemic law. It's questionable that with no pandemic, can the US force asylum seekers who want to reside in the US to remain in another country. Mexico is on record saying they will reject and object to Remain in Mexico again.

Then there are the human rights abuses. And this was 2020, with small numbers waiting at the border. There are now 4X the number of people requesting asylum today. The Mexican border towns didn't have the proper infrastructure to handle the 2020 numbers. Today's numbers would be a disaster in human rights terms.

And at some point, there would be a critical mass. How many people waiting on the border suffering abuses does there have to be before they act? Unknown, but there are only 18k Border Patrol Agents on the S border. If 100,000 immigrants decide to act, they will outnumber the agents by by a significant amount.

Remain in Mexico is an overly simple answer to a very complex problem. And one that would create more problems than it solves.

 

Better than any answer you or the Biden Administration has, which seems to just be work visas and finger-pointing.

So your answer is to create a humanitarian nightmare that includes tens of thousands of persons in multiple locations just in the other side of our border? And you don't think this might never cause a problem on our side of the border because...?

 

And yet a good many of these quality cabinet members and advisors who worked closely with the man and know him well are saying trump is unfit for office and worse.

Also, many are being turned against him via legal pressure on the gamble that if they turn on Trump, law enforcement will stop going after them.

 

He's still angry about it. Hillary is still mad about 2016 and Al Gore is still mad about 2000. But he's moved on to 2024 because he's not actively trying to become President right now, as in before Joe Biden's term expires.

Law enforcement is not “going after” Generals Mattis or Kelly or Dir Barr. and others - What LE is going after SOS Tillerson? Is the FBI investigating Bolton?
All have said trump is unfit to hold office- these appointed cabinet and NS appointees who you stated were quality (and I don’t disagree that they are).
