Great news on all accounts. Happy that Pullin got 1st team, as he deserved. I'm surprised not to see Samuel on the list, though. He's 4th in rebounds, 11th in blocks, 15th in FT attempted, and #1 in FG %. The rebounding and FG% stats should have gotten him on the list.
Agreed. Really happy for the three selected. I hope Samuel takes this snub out on the league this weekend
I started to agree and then considered that he was invisible at times during the year. probably cost him the honor. He was, not infrequently, the best player on the court.
These nominations are a TEAM CREDIT. Hat’s off to the coach & staff who scouted & recruited the players who fit their system. Further, for getting them on the same page & establishing an identity. Lastly, to the guys for putting in the work, and giving us a fun & unexpected season. I may have been disappointed a few times this season, but I’ve looked forward to the games & enjoyed watching them grow & develop.
Great job by those players. Hate Samuel missed out but hard to get everybody. I had Contin to be freshman all SEC before season. Really think he will be a first rd pick hopefully in 2 more years.
So the coaches had him first team, but the AP decided that he's not good enough to make either team, lol.
