I’m not pouring over transcripts of Trumps SOTU speech because I know what he says, I know what he does. I know what is stands for when he opens his ugly pie hole. I do recall that in the 2019 speech he suggested that investigations in to him posed a national security risk which of course was MAGA protection. Trump is trash as bigot, a fascist, a crook and a treasonist. His soul is a withered dark husk. He is man with no redeeming qualities. To equate the two is hot garbage.

She’s weird and a pure liar. Britt listened to a woman speak on a panel who was trafficked in Mexico during Bush’s administration and told America it happened in the US in her ‘speech’ or whatever we are calling it. Tiktok above and article below.

Journalist says Katie Britt’s story about child sex abuse ‘out-and-out lie’


“I spoke to a woman who shared her story with me,” Britt said. “She had been sex-trafficked by the cartels starting at age 12. She told me not just that she was raped every day, but how many times a day she was raped.”

The senator did not say where or when the events occurred, but in outraged tones she implied that they had happened in the US on Biden’s watch: “We wouldn’t be OK with this happening in a third-world country. This is the United States of America. And it’s past time we start acting like it. President Biden’s border crisis is a disgrace. It’s despicable and it’s almost entirely preventable.”

However, in a seven-minute video posted on TikTok, Katz – a former AP reporter who has written on drug wars in Mexico – cited details that appeared to show the story Britt was describing had happened not just outside the US, but many years before Biden became president.

He concluded that Britt had deliberately misrepresented the tale of Karla Jacinto Romero, an activist who has publicly recounted her experiences on numerous occasions at the hands of sex traffickers in her native Mexico.

 

Facts are kryptonite to MAGA.

I agree that Trump is what you say he is so why is that crap? All I asked is if what you say Trump said was in any of his SOTU addresses and that’s when your body got all contorted. lol You made the statement that I’m questioning. Just looking for honesty rather than bla bla yay team.

So back to my SOTU address comment. I’ll say it again. The speech was as much a campaign speech as a SOTU speech. Trump would have done the same except insult and demean people more.

My opinion whether correct or not is that there will not be another SOTU address during an election year that won’t be mixed with a campaign speech. By a democrat or Republican.

Katie Britt missed a great opportunity. She should have just used her normal voice - see comparison below. she is usually a strong, competent woman that speaks her mind and talks right at men. But we’ve seen how that can trigger maga. A good reason Haley had no chance.
