Biden spent the money on the wall because Congress appropriated it for that purpose and refused to change it. Biden was following the law, an understandably foreign concept to you. You are correct about one thing, though...stupid can't be fixed. Being poorly informed, however, is a choice. Until medical science finds a cure for the former, you could at least work on the latter.
