Someone smarter than me make a quick vid of it please! He flies way out of bounds in the corner to save a desperate heave by Condon and then screams it behind his back about 40 feet (while his momentum is going the other way) right to Pullin at half court. Never seen anything like it. He’s an incredible athlete but the hustle he put into saving the ball was phenomenal. It is about at the 9:10 mark of the second half. Imo, he should get every NIL dollar possible to encourage him to come back next year.
Also, please post angles from the uppermost part of the O’Dome, each concession stand window, ladies restrooms, and from the 5th floor of Tolbert Hall, Room 507; all in slow-Mo, and sped up, if it’s not asking too much. Thanks in advance.
Lol it would be worth it. I’d love to see one from ground level. The guy was a good 6 ft out of bounds when he snagged the ball.
Clayton also had three unbelievable assists that turned into dunks. Two great feeds to WR for dunks and the one where he caught the pass around the 3 point line on a fast break and quickly fired it to Tyrese for an alley oop early in the game. Quick, someone make a video!
We put so much pressure on Ala when we had a free run at the basket! It was dominating and they were on their heels probably in disbelief. We were so aggressive in driving to the basket and in position to put back missed or snag rebounds. It was a dominating effort and hopefully bodes well the balance of the season. Statistics may have been why the announcers fixated on Ala being the fastest team in the country but last night we were easily considerably faster than them in all facets of the game.
I think both teams left the first game KNOWING the Gators were the better team. UF won the second game the moment they stepped on court to participate. Alaboohoo never looked liked they believed they could win. Hence, all the obvious frustration shown by their players & coach.
I bet he could be a dynamite pg if he put his mind to it. Just have to slow up at times and have a calmer mentality. I'd prefer that never happen though. Let the headband be headband and develop into even more of a scoring machine.
To be fair, I think he said something like, “I think a fast pace favors Bama, but Florida likes to run too.” So it wasn’t a completely one sided statement.
What a difference a home game makes! It looked like the refs were making sure Florida got a fair shake, even Doug Shows. Alabama look shocked with all the break a way dunks, made me feel good to know even with all the money and kids not even going to school at Alabama, we beat on them. Mark Sears look like he knew their butts hurt! Nothing to say…………
