Slater looked good (56 pitches) and we saw great defense in that 1/2 inning. Go Gators, let's close this thing out!
This is why I once mentioned our rotation is like pitching in reverse. If Cags can't pitch on Friday so he can play both ways then so be it. He will face everybody's number 3 and give us a better shot to win the series. Hopefully Cags will have many more wins pitching on Sunday. Now if Peterson has as good a year as many of us think then it could be a really good year.
What do you think about his receiving today? I think he is Cags personal catcher at this point and kid is one of the better defensive catchers in college.
