May the truth be known that the Cookie Monster is really A-Rod in disguise trying to keep the crowd from knowing that he is there. Yeah right, like that really sounds like A-Rod.
Well today is a great day for a bounce back win. Miami starter Hernandez is a 5’10 south paw that was selected in the 19th round of last year MLB draft. He throws a mid to low 90s fastball with efficient off speed pitches with above average break. He generates good swing to miss rate striking out 17 batters over 12 innings and limiting to only 4 walks. Opposing hitters are batting just .128 against Hernandez to start this season.. Yesterday was a primer for today as seeing LHP over consecutive days will hopefully have the good guys ready and locked in. Florida has left a whole lot a runners on base in their three loses. Today is a big game against a rival. This week the Gators are 2 wins and 2 losses.. Here’s to an efficient game and ability to capitalize on getting runners home with timely hits. Let’s Go Gators..
Discipline at the plate is a must today for our hitters. (We can only hope for the same outta ol’blue). Our pitching has to challenge by staying in pitcher’s counts and pitching to spots. We can accomplish this by just playing Gator Baseball. Get it done Gators!

Gossip in Mia is that scUM has had a guy next to Gator dugout picking up Sully's walkie-talkie pitch calls and relaying them to hitters via Canes dugout. People bragged about it online, including cane 3B Covet. Seems hell was raised last night. Stricklin drove down to deal with scUM admins. My initial thought was skeptical, but my friend has a friend...
We are playing at scUM’s home field—this should not have surprised us IMHO. When you’re playing in a chit hole you usually wear your chit shoes…. Got to be both prepared and smart.
Wasn’t up there to look at pictures love that he had an aggressive approach… Don’t forget, he swung at one early, which gave him sort of a gauge as to where to go. Too many of our guys are looking at pitches go right down the middle
