Now his unTruthSocial business partners are accusing him of shady dealings and trying to rip them off.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/29/trump-media-sued-over-dwac-merger-share-dilution.html

Former President Donald Trump was accused in a lawsuit on Wednesday of trying to “drastically dilute” the value of stock shares in his social media company held by the firm’s co-founders, potentially depriving them of hundreds of millions of dollars in profits.

The partnership, United Atlantic Ventures, alleges that Trump Media & Technology Group engaged in “wrongful 11th hour … maneuvering” to dilute UAV’s minority stake in the media company, a court filing says.

The Delaware Chancery Court lawsuit comes in advance of the planned merger of TMTG with a shell company called Digital World Acquisition Corp., which would result in the shares of the combined entity being publicly traded.

Trump has now been diagnosed as "hypomanic", along with showing signs of mental decline. Apparently Trump's skull has been equipped with a "metaphorical plug", which someone has pulled. As of today, no video exists of the plug-pulling incident.

"Like someone pulled the metaphorical plug": Dr. John Gartner on Trump's "accelerating dementia"

The gold shoes would look good in Trump's gold toilet.

It's only a matter of time before we vote for the most popular dead person with the best animatronics and AI speeches. "Did you see how he blinked? That was so realistic!"

Trump Called Out By Veterans For "110% Improper" Photo Op (msn.com)

U.S. Air Force pilot Jahara Matisek, a military professor in the Department of National Security Affairs at the U.S. Naval War College, responded to the video with a question: “Why is there an Air Force 2-star general (probably ANG) in the frame at what appears to be a political event?”

Air National Guard Lt. Colonel and former U.S. Representative Adam Kinzinger (D-IL) replied to Matisek’s observation: “Good question. Trump isn’t president so this is by definition a campaign event, and nobody in uniform can participate.”

Matisek, who says it “looks like Major General Thomas Suelzer,” added that his presence in uniform is “110% improper. If President Biden was there instead, it would then be legal. But I'm pretty sure my two decades of annual training about allowed political activities says that you cannot be present in uniform for a campaign speech by a non-elected official.”

One of my bigger fears about the Trump Cult is that a HUGE percentage of the military is Republican. Adding what Tuberville was up to with delaying military promotions with Trumps statement about putting in nothing but loyalists really make it look like he could be preparing to pull off a a military coup to stay in power after his second term (assuming he gets one).

Other than Flynn all the generals despised him. They may respect the office but they don't respect him.

That is great news, however, like I said, it looked like Tubervillian was trying to hold up promotions to ensure Trump could insert loyalists. That appears to have been another failure as I believe promotions have been re-started.

True...anything is possible with Trump. We've already seen the lengths he'll go to in an effort to stay in power.

I hope we never have to find out, but it sure seems like there would be quite the split between officers and enlisted.

Tuberville is probably more despised by military brass than Trump.

Are there any laws about deep fakes and politics?

This image, created by a radio host and his team using AI, is one of dozens of fakes portraying black Trump supporters
Donald Trump supporters have been creating and sharing AI-generated fake images of black voters to encourage African Americans to vote Republican.
BBC Panorama discovered dozens of deepfakes portraying black people as supporting the former president.
Mr Trump has openly courted black voters, who were key to Joe Biden's election win in 2020.
But there's no evidence directly linking these images to Mr Trump's campaign.
The co-founder of Black Voters Matter, a group which encourages black people to vote, said the manipulated images were pushing a "strategic narrative" designed to show Mr Trump as popular in the black community.
A creator of one of the images told the BBC: "I'm not claiming it's accurate." The fake images of black Trump supporters, generated by artificial intelligence (AI), are one of the emerging disinformation trends ahead of the US presidential election in November.
Unlike in 2016, when there was evidence of foreign influence campaigns, the AI-generated images found by the BBC appear to have been made and shared by US voters themselves.
One of them was Mark Kaye and his team at a conservative radio show in Florida.
They created an image of Mr Trump smiling with his arms around a group of black women at a party and shared it on Facebook, where Mr Kaye has more than one million followers.

onald Trump was warned by a former federal prosecutor on Sunday that, if he fails to post a bond or pay the full amount owed to E. Jean Carroll, the columnist's attorneys can "get to work" on collecting the judgment for defamation after this week.

Trump lost two defamation trials against Carroll, with a jury finding him liable in the first for sexually assaulting her. He was ordered to pay $5 million in the first trial, and more than $83 million in the second one.

As suspected, Weisselberg to plead guilty to perjury charges, effectively neutering his ability to testify for any prosecution going forward as this further destroys his credibility as a witness

Ex-Trump Organization CFO to plead guilty to perjury charges: Sources (msn.com)

Allen Weisselberg, the ex-chief financial officer of former President Donald Trump's family real estate company, will plead guilty Monday to perjury charges that resulted from his testimony during Trump's civil fraud trial, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

The terms of the plea remain sealed until Weisselberg appears in court Monday.

I've read or heard that he is not cooperating anyway. Since these are state charges, I guess he has decided to just go ahead and die in prison in furtherance of his fealty to trump. I dunno. I would be helping out as much as possible if it were me.
