Illegal Immigrant In Utah Arrested For Alleged Rape Of 11-Year-Old | The Daily Wire

Twenty-six-year-old Jonathan Estuardo Ruano Garcia is being held in the Utah County jail, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed a detainer on him, the sheriff’s office told The Daily Wire.

When she entered the apartment, she found her daughter completely naked in the hallway, and “the 11-year-old girl told her mother that a male she met on the internet came to the apartment and had sex with her,” the police report said.

Police used the girl’s social media history to identify Ruano Garcia, and quickly located him at his home. “Ruano Garcia admitted that he put his penis in her vagina and had sex with the 11 year old for 20-30 min,” the police report said, and claimed he believed the girl was 13 or 14.

This sick bastard needs to be deported instantly

It’s too bad that Republicans keep blocking the law that allows for quicker processing and deportation, this is totally on them at this point,..

I guess this is your way of saying you don't know anything about the border without saying it I guess. Biden doesn't need a new "law" to keep illegals from coming to the US. Simply enact "Stay in Mexico" when processed and this won't happen. If anyone is actually serious about stopping the flow of illegals, that is the way to start. But we all know that isn't what you want.

LOL ... you are clueless. Trump's "remain in Mexico" policy lost almost every case it was involved in, including at SCOTUS ... The law needs to be changed by congress. I can't have a serious conversation with someone so unformed ...

Nope. Simple. Stay in Mexico. That would solve most of the issues. That and a secure border will stop the vast majority of illegals coming into the US. Like I said, you aren't serious about the border. Thanks for proving it to everyone with that post LOL.

I see Fox News has replaced the Black Crime section with Immigrant Crime and the rubes are marching the line.

The op got up at 6 am and posted two of these. Kinda sad… it amuses me that conservatives can care so much about something and be simultaneously so uninformed about it lol.

So your solution is Biden should defy SCOTUS and break the law rather than congress doing the obvious and changing the law? What a dumb solution. Sounds like something a wannabe dictator would try, no wonder why you guys love and worship Trump.

    "It's your party's fault ... No, it's YOUR party's fault ..."
Has either party done anything to prevent this from happening? Could either party do anything to make sure it never happens again?
A week or two ago, someone posted a graphic showing half a dozen American women who had allegedly been killed by illegal immigrants or perhaps noncitizens. It stretched back at least a decade with killings under each president.

So instead of prison, he needs to be released? Never thought I would see the day conservatives are 'soft on crime.'

You are making zero sense. Not a surprise. Stay in Mexico was stopped by Biden, not the Supreme Court. Swing and a miss!

It was temporally allowed under Covid restrictions and Biden had to end it ...

Here are the parts of the wiki article that you forgot to quote, from the pre/post covid rules ...

    - "the Northern California District Court issued a November 19 injunction against implementing the policy, which was upheld by the US Supreme Court on December 21, 2018.[9]"

    - "the DC District Court ruled in August 2019 to vacate the Interim Final Rule establishing the asylum ban for violating the Immigration and Nationality Act"

    - "On March 4, 2020, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ordered the "Remain in Mexico" program halted in the states under its jurisdiction, on the presumption that it violates statutory law;"

See, if you were better informed, and would bother to read your own links, you wouldn't embarrass yourself, here.

I love the "Biden HAD to end it" LOL. Holy crap. That is some funny stuff right there. The rest of what you posted is nonsense. If the Supreme Court Stopped Stay in Mexico then why did the Biden Admin have to "end it"? Because that isn't what happened.

Here is that far right website CNN discussing it. Wonder why they didn't mention the Supreme Court stopped it? LOL. Just say you were wrong and move on.

It's fairly comical that now in his fourth year that Biden finally went to the border again on the same day Trump had planned to be there. This stop by Biden makes it his second stop to the border in his 81 years of life and 50 years of service to the government. Yes, I would say the border is extremely important to Biden!
He takes credit for how well it is working in Brownsville, after his admin sued Texas for the steps they took in places like Brownsville. Just doesn't get any better than this!! Oh, and by the way, if you read this bipartisan bill, it is more about funding to have more folks to process those that are coming, not to help reduce the numbers trying! If you don't think this is Biden's to own watch his own remarks!

Come on, man ... Title 42's emergency health restrictions, which gave Trump and Biden great authority to implement the "travel ban", ended when the Covid pandemic ended. That's a fact bro. I'm sorry that you are mad at facts.

Uh..... The first time he went a few years ago, a lot of research was done to see if it was the first time in his life. To the best of recollection, there was absolutely no records of him ever traveling to the border. But of course, you know this already.
