Early in the season he showed off some great moves driving to the basket. As we got into the SEC grind there was less of that. Still not sure if he is only confident against doing that against lower level competition, or the team didn't need it so he didn't show off :) But he has some pretty sweet moves for a big guy.

Yeah, I think we've seen everyone we are going to see, coach is happy with where things are and is just focused on his core rotation for the rest of the season. But it is a pretty good core rotation :)

But they matched it with five bench fouls?

I didn't get to watch the game live, but those last five minutes were awesome. Missouri pulled up, then we just slammed the door on them. Could have folded under the pressure, but stepped up and got the job done, left no questions about shoulda woulda coulda, just straight up beat them.

Is it too early to compare him to AH?

Too late. He's good, but not Al Horford good, nor will he be Al Horford good. Al was a better defender and a better shooter, especially from the free throw line. But no reason to try and compare him to one of the all time greatest Gators and an 17 year NBA veteran. He is a great player in his own right and we are very fortunate to have him, if only for a year.

Seen glimpses. If he works hard in off season on certain things no telling where his ceiling is.

He only shoots about one three a game, every once in a while he makes it. But when he doesn’t, he seems to know to stay closer to the basket. I take that anytime, of course Missouri just couldn’t handle him. Great game by Tyrese. Go big Gator!

An indicator of the relative strength of the SEC this year?
