Consistent Mental focus, & mental toughness are a couple things to work on moving forward. When we go 2-3 empty possessions then lapse defensively or turn the ball over, I attribute it to those two things.
No complaints from me. I wasn't stressed about this game from beginning to end whatsoever. I was able to smoke some ribeye steaks and garlic bread while watching the game. Go Gators! On to Missouri.
I'd like to give him hell, cause I had the Gators -15.5 and it was looking good up 20 with 2:00 left.
If that’s true, that’s a shame. I was really hope to see him get going as we head into crunch and tourney time. My fear is he may not be practicing well because of his diminished minutes. Pouting is not gonna get him back on the court. Would love to see TG pull him aside and have a heart-to-heart see if he can’t reel him back in.
Come on up to the right outside Columbia, SC. I'll actually be right behind the Florida bench for our game in Columbia next week. I work at Colonial Life. We pay to have our our name on the arena. I was able to influence my way to great seats.
Samuel between the legs to the hoop and his early jams were highlights for me. If Richard could play every game relaxed and focused like that he could be the X factor down the stretch Kugel ain't.
We will be playing for seeding in the SEC tournament. Hopefully for a top 4. Maybe that will motivate them to focus for the whole game. We clinched our first SEC regular season in that gym thanks to a few thrown tennis balls.
With the way TG sets the rotations & Richard starting at the 3 position, it’s gonna be tough to have both RK & WR on the floor at the same time. That would mean you’re sitting either ZP or Walter for extended minutes. I don’t see that happening. Riley’s opportunities will mostly come from Will’s minutes.
Actually, I think we clinched the SEC regular season with a big win at LSU that season. The win at Vandy kept us in the hunt. IIRC, we started the SEC at 0-2 or something, then went on a tear.
