    Not parsing, just curious.
Should be a hot topic at the tomorrow’s card game

Even conceding that he may be technically guilty of illegally possessing a firearm while prohibited from doing so do you seriously think that he would have been prosecuted if he were any other individual considering that he possessed the firearm for around one week before disposing of it and didn't use it even once?

man I really hope she is right

'Deep trouble': Mary Trump says Jim Jordan and James Comer could face 'criminal charges' (msn.com)

Donald Trump's niece is convinced Reps. James Comer (R-KY) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) are in "deep s---" and could be investigated for peddling fictitious FBI witness testimony to sully President Joe Biden and his son Hunter as a basis for impeachment.

"It’s becoming increasingly clear that the sham impeachment of President Joe Biden was a sham from beginning to ignominious end, as it appears much of the information upon which it was based originated from the Kremlin," Mary Trump writes in her most recent Substack issue titled "LAWYER: Comer & Jordan In Deep Trouble".
    .......................................
Mary Trump writes that she consulted with a lawyer friend and that person told her that both Comer and Jordan are in “deep s--."

What's more, she pointed to former New York State assistant attorney general Tristan Snell posing two scenarios: either the GOP pols were “duped by Smirnov and the Kremlin — or they were in on it.”

One reason Viva Frei's videos go viral is because he doesn't pause when he speaks. His take is below. Robert Barnes will decimate this new laughable Democratic narrative on the Viva Frei-Barnes Sunday evening podcast.

No need. His initial "downpayment" was more than enough to cover all current and future needs.

David Frei is no genius but he'll ask Robert Barnes questions about this new Democrat narrative on Sunday. I expect Barnes to demolish it.

More than one commentator has suggested that there is another reason to hold Alexander Smirnoff in custody pending trial. It's not just that he could flee to Russia there is also the very real possibility that he could be assassinated to ensure that he remains silent. If you (collectively) do not believe that is a possibility one example is the former Russian pilot who defected to Ukraine and was recently killed in Spain.

The difference is that it was the US government and specifically Trump's DOJ that gave Epstein the opportunity to commit suicide. Given his history with Epstein Trump was probably concerned that Epstein would talk and wanted to ensure his silence once and for all, the incentive of Biden is the reverse given the real possibility that Smirnoff could spill the beans regarding the Russian strategy of Putin putting his thumb on the scale to help Trump.

I would ask you how many other NY real estate moguls have been fined nearly $400 mil, when the bank and all involved were happy and didn't bring the case, but testifies for the defendant? Please name them for reference

How many other NY real estate moguls have benefited from the fraudulent inflation of values to the extent that has Trump. Just one question if I lied on a mortgage application regarding my assets or employment, was approved for the mortgage and ended up making regular payments was I guilty of wrongdoing since the lender never suffered a loss?

I may have missed something, but isn't this just an Impeachment inquiry? This is the phase of investigation to determine if an impeachment is warranted? I realize this is not necessarily how the democrats do it, but this is just an investigation to determine direction moving forward.

You would like to think that congress wouldn't launch an impeachment inquiry without solid underlying evidence. In this case, the inquiry may have been initiated under false pretenses since this was the strongest piece of evidence. The question now is whether it was knowingly started under false pretenses.

Well...... I would say right is right and wrong is wrong, with the cavoite, that if I was trying to get a loan and knew I could afford the payments and had full intentions of paying back, and did pay back, yes exaggerated wealth or income to get the deal doesn't really equate to wrongdoing, IMO.
