Since you asked, Seminole County....my wife and I are taking my sister to see her grandson in Nashville. My sister was injured in a horse riding accident and is paraplegic. Buzzkill post incoming... We had a walk through last week to look at their fire systems, electrical rooms, access points etc. I'm jaded but I'll I see is yet another increase in our call volume for minor accidents, falls, medical issues, fire alarms, etc etc. There has been no consideration for responsible growth in this area. We have added Sam's club, Tanger outlets, One Daytona, and several apartment complexes to this area in the last few years with NO increase in manpower for fire and ems and little if any to police. Also, the gargantuan Amazon complex will be opening sometime next year as well if not sooner.

Yeah that's the biggest screw up in the area. They really messed up building all that before they figured out the bottleneck on LPGA and tomoka farm road
Sounds like fun. Ocala is not going to be out done long. No Costco yet but plans for the largest Buc-ee's in the country have already been approved along with a new I-75 interchange to help the traffic get to it. I am sure Costco is not far behind considering the traffic is so bad around the Sam's club you need a helicopter to get to it. The retirees hang out there most everyday and even shop on Saturdays to screw with the working folks that have no choice of shopping days. They clog the isles trying to fill up on free food samples. Those folks would love a second stop to add spice to the day.

Yep, they just keep spreading west. Even in my area of Ponce Inlet I’ve seen a boom of new builds in the last 3 years.
95 N near LPGA can be such a mess with all the cars backed up getting off onto LPGA. Very poor planning
The traffic congestion at I-95, LPGA, and Williamson Blvd is a mess. And .... it's being further aggravated by the growth of the growth west of I-95 .... Margaritaville, etc
