You are underestimating what a win of this stature can do for a bunch of college kids. Season plays out completely differently now than it would have. No double buy in the SEC tourney among other things. Makes our road much harder for that and the ncaa tourney. Nate oat is a punk and owes the refs some of his ugly suits.

Condon got hammered the whole game, probably got to the line twice.

At some point between the MLB refs calling incorrect strike zones repeatedly and this kind of officiating, bball will have to abort human refs. Look at what tennis did with the line calls. I know it’s much easier to call than fouls but you don’t have McEnroe rants now because of it

You’re an embarrassment to Gator Nation and it’s clear you never picked up a basketball. Go back to the football boards.

Apparently Condo needs to learn how to flop, too much Aussie Rules and his ability to take a beating without moving or complaining

Truth. But they were eager as hell to call a push off on him when he had position down low.

Bigs need to show up every game to be elite

I don’t think they did as a whole tonight. Bama out rebounded us, and had more points in the paint. Samuels played soft.

Um, so are we elite or we fragile? I am confused by your position. Please pick one, because it can't be both.

On a serious level, that's a rhetorical question. I have zero desire to debate an emotional fan after a loss.

Handlogten looks like a turnstile, never moves his feet hardly but did get three blocks late. He and Samuels scoring and shooting is not good. We need a big that can guard, shoot decent ft’s and score inside, needs to be physical and can play defense. NIL were you at?
Another tough scoring point guard that can make his team go. Aberdeen isn’t the answer. Not a good handle or shooter.

Good lord we played balls out. Proud of our team and coaches. Wish we could have maintained that 10 point lead but we didn't fade they got home calls and we kept fighting.

Richard had a clean steal on the poke through but they called a foul for Sears. Sears does the same to Clayton and no call.

Yessir. If anything, Sears’s should have been whistled and not ours but you probably let both of those go.

I agree both should have been no calls or both should have been fouls. Be consistent at least.

14pts, 8rbs, 3asst, 2blk, no turnovers and two fouls. I don't think he played soft at all. He missed some shots, but made some really big ones too. Soft? Hogwash

Yep. This team is the real deal. I wouldn’t say a Sweet 16 favorite, but certainly realistic. With a little luck, Final Four.

I am confused by this reply. “Two” is on here complimenting the team and arguing it deserved the win and the credit of what would have been a huge win.
What part of his post did you find so objectionable?

point taken, I thought he could have played with more energy.

We should not have Bern out rebounded by 10. Whole team effort though.
