PHYSICAL game. Alabama’s guards have been roughing up our guards on defense and a few offensive fouls that should have been called against them. Overall, good game though. Refs have been letting them play.

Alabama is killing Florida in the paint: 28pts to 18 pts. Alabama is also outrebounding Florida: 30 to 22 13 OR (AL) to 9 OR (UF). Florida needs more inside buckets from Samuels and the rest of the front-court. Florida does have more assists:13A to 5 A. And of course more 3-pointers: 5-16 vs 2-18
I hope the effort that Alabama made to out rebound us by eight in the first half will come back to haunt them in the second half. They had to really work hard to stay in this game. Meanwhile our bigs are well rested. We need to box out on defense and continue the outstanding 3 point defense. Also good to note that Kugel has not even scored yet. If he gets going in the second half we have a great chance to win this.
