We need immigration, we need comprehensive immigration reform. Do you know that the BP union supports the bill? And so does the chamber of commerce? The only thing you seem to know is that Trump said it is bad so that is all that matters. 20 pub senators also support it. And without it, the funds for those currently being detained will run out and many of those currently being detained will be set free. Maybe you should look at the whole picture and not just what faux news tells you

Hopefully Arab-Americans residing in Michigan including Tlaib will come to the realization that the choice in the general election is binary and that of the two candidates that actually have a chance of being elected in the general election one is pressuring Israel to scale back it's offensive and supports a 2-state solution which the other is a sycophant of Benjamin Netanyahu and has been endorsed by Itamar Ben-Gvir, the far right Israeli Minister of National Security who has suggested that Israeli settlers reoccupy Gaza.

Is that 5k not used to determine when emergency authority kicks in of which would allow powers to remove or deport people who come between ports of entry and not giving them asylum status?


Looks like to me it’s allowing 5k crossings before an emergency action can be taken.
