I was following up regarding Russia's internal politics, Putin's treatment of dissent within Russia, the extent to which Putin might actually be popular amongst the people, whether we should trust his claims of popularity, etc. You have been honest in the past about your preference for authoritarian systems and your disdain for Western hegemony and foreign policy. I get that. I see those as different issues.
Obesity rate among women in Russia is far lower than here in the good ole U.S.A. Doctors note increase of obesity in 30 regions of Russia Obesity in the U.S. - Food Research & Action Center

To follow up regarding the presidential election in Russia next month, one site I pulled up (electionbettingodds) reflects that Putin has a 99.9% chance of victory. I don’t know if that’s legit but very impressive if true!!
Go back to tuck and paul on crossfire, two self entitled bow tied douche nozzles that never stopped performance rhetoric. Or changed.
Tucker did an abhorrent interview yesterday I think where he said only weirdos care about our allies and we should focus on the US only. He also used Russian pronunciations for Ukrainian cities instead of their current names.
One problem: I consider the US an authoritarian system. Maybe you’re referring to my assertion that democracies degenerate into totalitarianism ?
It galls Americans to imagine that there are countries that are happier with their leaders than we are.
Non-state polls for starters. Why wouldn’t Russians hold Putin in high regard ? I’ve read that per capita GDP has tripled under him. He’s made it okay for Russians to say it’s okay to be Russian even if Americans don’t think it’s okay to be Russian.
Jocularity aside, our Deep State is a thing and it will not be dislodged. See: earlier remarks on democracy.
