Disney's getting enough of my money as it is through my YouTube TV payment without an extra $10.99/month for ESPN+. It's a matter of principle to me, but eventually I may be forced to switch to Hulu Plus Live TV.

My point was that the game was supposed to be on a channel that I paid for and then large parts of it are shown on a channel that I don't get.
Most games that just start on a different channel are available on espn3 in the app. Anyone with a basic espn subscription through their service provider should have access to espn3. Sometimes there’s multiple feeds and you have to select the correct one. The softball game that’s on right now has three separate feeds. 12now, espn+, and sec+. ESPNU is not some obscure channel either. If you want access, it’s not hard to get. It’s been a part of every sports package I’ve had with a dozen different service providers. It has nothing to do with espn+, so I’m not sure why you bring it up. If you don’t like your current sports package, change it. If you don’t like your current service provider, that’s easy to change too. The only thing I continue to find weird about all of this is that you’ve been making the same complaints for years when there is such a simple solution.
You would think so but that is not how it works with Cox Cable in Gainesville. I have ESPN3 and ESPN+ and they block anything on ESPNU to me even if it was supposed to be on ESPN or ESPN2 and delayed and moved there. Haven't I made that clear? I missed one hell of a lot of a Gator game because the UK/T A&M game ran late. On both my computer (ESPN3) and my TV (ESPN+) the game was blocked. And I do get them because I have the basic ESPN subscription. Actually on ESPN+ they said that the game hadn't yet started. LOL. Maybe it works differently where you live.
I live in Alachua, but I had none of the issues you’re having when I lived in Dallas either. Every plan I’ve ever had included ESPNU. Again, it’s not an obscure channel that is difficult to acquire. If your service provider makes things this difficult for you, perhaps another service provider is worth a look. We have games broadcast on that channel every year in multiple sports. It’s a college sports channel, you like college sports. For some reason, I never have all the issues that other people constantly complain about. I got used to the using the app when it first came out. I haven’t used my computer to watch games in years.
A recurring joke in Gainesville is that if you use the local cable provider you are a Cox sucker. Their internet service is pretty good, though.
Internet, you may not really have another reasonable option. Possibly only sat or cell. Sat has traditionally sucked, but cellular is getting better. All i have access to is windstream dsl at 20mbps, or hughes net sat. For tv service, you’ve got tons of options with all the streaming alternatives available now.
Just want them to have a solid game - clean Gator baseball on the mound, in the field, at the plate. Get a win under their belts and build on that for tomorrow and the weekend.
That and we score 5 or more and hold them to 4 or less. Hope to see the bullpen build on their start from Friday especially if Peterson is under a pitch count. Hope Sully talks about his plans with Peterson after tonight and how Cags figures in with tomorrow into Sunday.
Tonight I hope Cags and Shelton each bounce one off of Varsity Lane out in right. It looks like the fence is slightly shorter in RCF so lookout cars driving by. Maybe only 355.
