A Russian CEO of a grey market (not really legal but not explicitly illegal) luxury watch dealer (they sell luxury watches without authorization from the brands). So he just sold a shoe, made by an anonymous shell company based in Sheridan, WY, to a grey market CEO from Russia who sells unauthorized luxury watches. Seems totally legit.
