I live in hope that one of these game threads will come to fruition! UNF opened the season hosting Delaware. They split a double header on Friday (UNF 9-7, then Delaware 6-1). Yeah its a must have. You technicaly pay for sec+ also via provider . What I didnt know until recently is, that if you dont have a provider(cab/sat) getting the espn+ does not give you sec+ stuff. At least per my son who hi jacks my directv log in..lol So really its costing a lot more for access to sec+ than it is espn+. Unless there are cable/sat packages 20 a month or less.
Was it UNF or JU that use to post online a really bad GoPro single camera feed from the radio broadcast box that we would be forced to watch and imagine what happened? I mean free was better than paying but it sure came with a cost to grin and bear it.
A lot of the mids did that,, i think some still do..lol I know AU game at Troy this year is listed as on youtube..?? and at UAB on BlazerVision
Back to Tuesday games, what do you think we will do with our pitching considering the two rainouts this weekend? Might we give our Saturday and Sunday starters 50 pitches each between Tuesday and Wednesday?
Very doubtful, then they’d be on short rest for this weekend. They get their work in during practice. My guess is both of them have probably already done their full game bullpen sessions.
I have ESPN+ but if the game is on ESPNU I don't get it because I don't have ESPNU as part of my cable package. Weird, but it is what it is.
It’s not really weird. Espn+ has nothing to do with espnu. They’re separate subscriptions. An Espn+ sub doesn’t get you anything other than espn+. If you want espnu, your service provider offers it. It may not be part of the sports package you selected, but it’s offered.
Then why when a game that is supposed to be on ESPN or ESPN2 that I pay for is bumped to ESPNU because an earlier game is running late I can't see it. They tell me that I can see it on ESPNU or the ESPN App but I guess not on ESPN+. I just isn't right.
I thought everyone who said we wouldn't see weekend starters was right, but the Gator website says Peterson will start Tuesday, Wednesday starter TBD.
I don’t think it’s weird that college games occasionally get broadcast on a channel specifically for college sports.
