Tommy Tuberville just praised Putin and said Ukraine was NATO's fault for pushing member enrollment too close to Russia.

We have to get the Russian-paid traitors out of our government.

I think he might be defecting to run away from the race war he thinks is about to happen here.

I don't know if Tucker's still there or I'm just seeing more and more clips. Just saw him admiring a McDonald's receipt for how much he got for the $7 U.S. If he's disclosing the median income there, I'm not seeing it in the clips, and what I've read is that the food there is actually more expensive relative to income. If he is taking income into account, what's supposed to be the takeaway? That Americans can go overseas and get good deals with our income and American dollars? Is it an effort to promote tourism or are we supposed to believe it's a more efficient economic system or something?

I wonder where Tucker was when opposition leader Navalny was killed. Hopefully not trying to exercise leadership to impress his hero Putin.

Tucker was amazed by the "put in a coin to unlock your cart, lock your cart to take back a coin" technology that Aldi has had in place for years. The fishsticks heir clearly hasn't shopped for groceries maybe ever.

Also, his grocery shopping bill amount represented 70% of the weekly income of the average Russian worker.

He is most definitely a useful idiot.

If he were around 90 years ago then Tucker could have issued the exact same statement in defense of Stalin, apparently the Russian leader on whom Putin is modeling his behavior and strategy.

Imagine how much food he could get for $7 in a place like Malaysia or Indonesia. Cheap food doesn't make a country great. Sounds like Tucker (or should we call him Gomer?) is traveling outside the U.S. for the first time.

Today in the country Tuckums loves so much, peaceful Navalny supporters are being beaten in the streets and arrested.

Of course, that's what he and Trump want to happen here if they get their way.

Tucker Carlson's praise of grocery prices in Russia is somewhat humorous considering that Russians spend around 30% of their household income on groceries compared with Americans who spend 11.3% of disposable household income on groceries and that number was for 2022 after the price of groceries rose significantly as the result of inflation and by the way the supermarket that Tucker visited was one of the nicest in Russia.

    Tucker is stupid beyond description.

"According to the latest figures available from Russia's Federal State Statistics Service, the average monthly wage in Russia was about $787 in November.

By comparison, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that in the last quarter of 2023, the median weekly earnings of Americans was $1,142."

How average salary in Russia compares to US

Oh no doubt the entire premise is ludicrous and just more pro Russian propaganda from that shill.

I was immediately reminded of how Yeltsin was legitimately blown away by an average US grocery store in 1989. He said there'd be a revolution if Russians saw US grocery stores and he was deeply saddened by how far his country had slid.

To me, this stunt was an attempt to emulate that visit - but in the typical, brainless, poorly thought out way these hacks try to promote Authoritarian regimes.

Nah he knows this. He's just dishonest and unethical. The people that lap it up are stupid and/or easily manipulated. Sadly, I have friends and family that fall for it.
