And wait till the IRS fully reviews the facts and the decision, and realizes the extent that the American People have been defrauded through his tax cheating. That’s another 9 figure exposure.

The amount of the judgment is certainly crippling. But it is based on a theory of disgorgement — a fraudster needs to disgorge the ill-gotten gains (profits). The judgment was based on the uncontroverted testimony of the amount of PROFIT Trump, et al., had made. It’s not a number pulled from the air, like you think (or were told by the Gateway mavens).

This is as guaranteed to happen as the sun coming up tomorrow. It’s how the grifter rolls, and for good reason. The Trumpeteers never fail him. They will pay their good, hard earned money just as fast as they throw it to their TV preachers.

It would be a shame to entrust a known and multiple-proven fraudster with our Nation’s treasure.

He faces a bigger problem for this because, as I read the Judgment,he cannot borrow from an institution that is registered to do business in NY for3 years. How will he bond it off?

He said it even better when he wrote that, yes, the banks were all paid and there were no defaults, THIS TIME. But next time, they might not be so lucky. And that’s the whole point of the lawsuit - financial institutions (and with the size of the loans, all Americans given the disruption it would cause with a default) need to be properly collateralized on their loans, or we will have 2008 financial catastrophe all over again. Trump’s financials did not accurately depict its true worth, and banks were under-collateralized.

It’s really not a strange, novel or even difficult point to understand. Take out the Trump name, and there would be uniform dancing in he street by both parties.

I’m sorry, but that guy — who taught at GW Law when I was there, has lost his way. He has sold his soul to stomp for anything Trump. He has dovetailed from brilliant to comical in the last decade, IMHO.

Well. Did the a Judge deprive Trump, or did Trump’s knowing conduct result in the consequences he faces today?

This is true, with a caveat that the victim is also the “next guy up”, meaning the next lender who gets cheated when the business fails — the one who is not so lucky. It’s why financial fraud needs to be stopped.

I assume you’ve used the term, “county judge” as derogatory because it is simply wrong.

We could try and make sense of this argument in its face, but the problem is that TRUMP KEPT SEPARATE, INTERNAL BOOKS THAT SHOWED THE ACTUAL VALUE. He lied to banks (just as easily as he lies to Americans every day).

Perhaps the biggest mystery of all to me is how Trumpeteers excuse away EVERYTHING , even fraud against CHARITIES, including charities purportedly formed to help Veterans. How can that EVER be excused?!?!

Is Kushner registered in NY? wWill MBS back his bond or can he collateralize his assets outside of the US? I would love to find out true market value of his golf courses in Europe. Im sure some of his partners are offering to buy him out at less than market rate right now.

It’s called a Rudy G when you go from extremely respectable to a cocktail party punchline over a decade.

How crazy is it that people would elect someone president who is not eligible to run a hot dog cart in NY state?
