More Donald Trump billions? Truth Social lands huge win in major merger

Seems weird to me it would be worth as much as Twitter with 0.3% of their customer base. Truth social has like 2M users. That would be a valuation of $5,000 per user for something that will flame out when Donald dies. Seems crazy to me but so did the twitter valuation of $44B when Elon paid $662 per user. X is now worth $4B or $70 per user. Using that valuation I’d peg Truth social at a maximum of $140M and Trumps share something like $50M… which he can’t sell for 6 months after the whole thing is done. They lost $26M on like $1.1M in revenue last quarter.

 

Just one question, why would the "Deep State" supposedly controlled by Joe Biden and out to destroy Donald Trump approve a merger financially beneficial to Trump? While not commenting on the decision itself, the fact that the SEC a government agency headed by a Biden appointee would issue that decision runs completely counter to the narrative of MAGA world that Joe Biden is using the federal government to destroy Trump.

You can add "linked to fraud" to your list .... the merger was illegal from the start because the people involved basically did some insider trading / self dealing prior to announcing the merger ... but the SEC decided to let me off with a fine instead of nixing the deal.

The merger for Trump Social still has to close and their partner is foreign and shady. Trump can't sell his stock until 6 months after the merger closes. Who knows what the stock price might be worth at the time of closing?

Sum of:

.31 X the number for miracle cure elixirs paying for advertising on TS
.21 X the number of maga merchandise makers advertising TS
.24 X the number of gun accessory makers advertising on TS
.33 X the number of diet pill peddlers advertising on TS

You take that number which is 22.6 and you multiply it by the number of users which are about 2M.

Then you multiply it by the square root of maga followers who aren’t on TS.

Then adjust by a beta number.

Value = $66,666,666.66

Note: Even actual gun manufacturers find TS too toxic for them to put their ads on. But fly by night Soldier of Fortune inc holster makers… yep.
