Posting this for absolutely no reason and certainly not because of a recent new poster. I do find this fascinating though. Just people working in an office like a normal 9-5. How is success measured? Raw number of posts? By ratings received on a given site? Are there awards for post of the month? Inquiring minds want to know. There is no doubt. And OP likely knows that there are scores of American-based operations like the aforementioned that do a variety of propaganda for various purposes: geopolitical, political, commercial, CEO reputation smearing, individual smearing, you name it. Where does he think the Russians learned how to do this, lol?
I’m doing okay. Groceries here are one-fourth the cost. Plus flat tax and free healthcare and other stuff. Also, everybody I know owns a second home.

THFSG is a popular and efficient message board. posters are include a lot of middle\older aged white men I anticipate a target audience for a Russian troll if they could find it. I’ve checked out other boards and this is one of the best I’ve seen in exchanging ideas. (Good work mods). Plus we can post crazy articles and conspiracies with no fact checking.
I don't know how they are measuring success, but we can measure success by how many of the trolls tune in to Gator games after work

Good grief. The thread starts with a story from a reputable source about a Russian troll farm. And rather than discuss it, or any aspect of it, some of you respond with "oh yeah, well I bet a bunch of posters here work on a troll farm ..." Do you really feel good about those kinds of responses?

It’s a perfectly logical and legitimate response. As a moderator is it part of your job to dismiss and aspect of the forum, such as the existence of trolls? On the one hand it is hard for me to believe that THFSG is big enough to be a target of a troll farm. OTOH the content of a couple of posters here is strangely specific to these issues.
