So you're suggesting that he will be able to hit up the sheep of MAGA nation for the over the $400 million that he owes so far (this lawsuit plus the E. Jean Carroll defamation judgment) and that doesn't include the legal fees in this case, the defamation case and the three criminal cases in which he is a defendant.

I don’t expect you to read all 92 pages but start at 75 for conclusions of law, or page 81 to see how the court calculated the disgorgement of profits. You’ll see that $168MM of the disgorgement is a direct result of of fraudulent SFC filings allowing him to take advantage of lower interest rates than he should have qualified for, another $126MM for the Old Post Office deal that wouldn’t have happened without fraud in the acquisition, and $60MM for the Ferry Point deal.

It’s also worth noting that the judge also assessed prejudgement interest which in New York is a simple 9%. That means the interest owed will be another $135MM since the date was set as March 4, 2019 for all but the Ferry Point deal which adds another $6MM. In sum, he’s currently on the hook for a cool $500MM. No biggie for a double-digit billionaire, right?
