That is kind of tiny compared to David Siegel's 90,000 sf Windermere house.
The funny thing about Siegel's house is that David Siegel for years owned the largest house in Orange County until his ex-wife took it from him in their divorce, shortly after the divorce Siegel and his new wife started construction on his monstrosity just down the road from his old house.......I'm sorry but that just makes me laugh.

I didn't see an address, but would like to look it up on Google maps. Used to clean pools down in Port Royal during summers as a college student. I'm imagining this is the property down at the end of Gordon Dr. At any rate, that was a fun gig. None of the Port Royal home owners were home during summer, so I could take a dip and cool off in the summer heat. The properties were amazing. TBH I'm surprised the most expensive listing would be in Naples.

it is the 4 lot compound at the south end of Gordon Dr. Right on the pass and the beach with deepwater docks on the bay side. those other houses may be bigger but this tract has the three most important things. Location, location, and location

As I recall there was a solid iron gate at the entrance to that property. One could only imagine what was inside. Last time I was down there, though, was around '95. Is it really a great location? For fishing and beach access, couldn't get any better, but what else? Maybe access to Marco and boating to the keys. Not convenience. The water color was never particularly appealing in Naples - was better up the coast in places like Venice and even then, not much of a pretty blue/green. I'm not bagging on Naples, either. I grew up there and it's very nice. Just surprised that a top listing would be in FL.

lots of great restaurants and world class medical care in Naples now. some very good golf courses too. not sure when you were here last but the water quality in Naples is every bit of what it is in Sarasota as long as the ACOE isn't dumping the toilet known as Lake O down the river

This house plus $500 million might get youar-a-Lago imo .According to a Democrat judge, this home minus $277 million will buy Mar-a-Lago. Opinions vary
