I saw the entire Tucker-Putin interview. Did they take that interview off the internet? Putin is a skilled liar about many things so it's hard to tell if anything he says is actually true. He liked to talk about Russian history and how this dispute with the Ukraine is more like a civil war than a foreign takeover land-grab... blah blah blah.

He likes to talk about China and how they have more buying power than the U.S.. He bragged about his hyper-sonic missile system, and says the U.S. was caught off guard and is years behind the Russian hyper-sonic missile system.

There was more of the same stuff that a typical dictator espouses about his country and his allies like China. I mean, to hear him talk about China you'd think he was talking about a new girlfriend...

By way of contrast Tucker went in without PDS.

Yeah, I'm glad he let Putin just spew all of his thoughts with little to no interruptions by Tucker. Some people hated that fact, but I liked that Putin was giving his time to talk and it was a bunch. I'm not saying I believe anything he said, but it's nice to see a state leader give his side of what matters to him. Putin didn't win anyone over, and that's not the point. But I learned more about him versus the interviewer ling in most of these type of one on one sessions.

Tucker let him speak his mind and a learned more about him that way. But as I said, I do NOT believe much of what he said but I could tell when he was lying (even worse then just white lies) just by the expressions of his face.

If you want a good Tucker interview with a retired American Colonel, then you have to watch this interview with Colonel Douglas Macgregor. I think he was not completely honest about some of his assertions about our military hardware in particular. But it's still eye-opening.

    Vaccines? Lol...

Vaccines have saved more lives than any other human invention. And here we are, in 2024, with a significant number of easily manipulated people campaigning against vaccines. We are truly fricked.

A friend of ours was down and out for a month with shingles, said it hurt the whole time. Definitely getting that vax when I reach the age.

I took both doses of the Shingrix (sp?) vaccine and never had a reaction or felt bad other than feeling like I had a bruise on my arm.

I had a reaction to the first one, not the second. My arm was really sore for well over a week.

Edit: I have orange_and_bluke blocked. Due to glitch in Gator Country's system, he can occasionally see that I have posted and rate the post, but he can't actually read the body of the post....he is literally rating in the blind.

At times, such as here, it leads to interesting ratings.

Yes they do... just not the mRNA variety... At least not until they perfect it. That should take about 20 more years of so. But in the meantime unsuspecting innocent people are playing guineapigs for these big pharmaceutical companies.

Yeah, I’ll be getting that when I age into it. Already had shingles at 32 and it wasn’t fun though i had a weak case.

The COVID vax wasn't really a vaccine. It might have helped some really old people. Young healthy people should not have taken the COVID bax. Time will tell.

It’s fascinating for decades we thought if only citizens of “USSR, China, NK, etc only had access to the truth”. But now we all have info easily accessible and some still choose to believe misguided conspiracy theories.

The Biden comment was a joke. All the other statements I made were correct. If you were smarter and more knowledgeable you'd get it

So what’s the age to get the Shingles vax? Asking for a friend that had chickenpox when he was 6….

50 years old for Shingrix. For me, the effect was similar to the COVID vaccine, but not as sore. Sure beats getting shingles.

And the COVID vaccine is a vaccine. Old way of doing things was to infect thousands upon thousands of chicken eggs until a variant with the proper mRNA that didn't make people sick was isolated. No reason to do that now. We can just isolate the mRNA.

You can blame the idiots in public health and how they handled Covid and the shot…

They destroyed trust. And now we are seeing fewer people take vaccines with proven safety records. I can’t blame them.

Seriously…one of the dumbest things happening right now is the cdc still recommending young healthy people all the way to 6 months old take the covid shot. That is malpractice!

My kids all have been given vaccines. Not the covid shot. But I am anti vax lol!

Those controlled by the propaganda are something else.

The U.S. seems to be about 40-50 years ahead of Russia on every other system, so it's no big deal IF we are a few years behind Russia on hypersonic missiles. There is always a chance that we aren't behind Russia, but like many things, we don't talk about it. The only thing that Russia needs to know is that if they pick a fight with the U.S., they will be dismantled and destroyed. Their pathetic effort in Ukraine isn't impressing anyone. No one is referring to Russia's invasion as "Shock and Awe".
