I read it in another report, sorry if I implied it from that report.

“Officials said the airport in Ohio is a commercial site. OSU spokesman Ben Johnson confirmed that nobody from OSU was associated with the flight.”

2 dead after plane crashes on Florida highway

The charter company is based in Ft Lauderdale.

Yale Admissions Man : Well frankly, test scores like Larry's would call for a *very* generous contribution. For example, a score of 400 would require a donation of new football uniforms, 300, a new dormitory and in Larry's case, we would need an international airport.

Yale Admissions Woman : Yale *could* use an international airport, Mr. Burns.

    From the article:
How does that happen if it didn’t hit something midair?

Yes, they reported engine failure, but how do you crash when you’re still 250 feet in the air and you don’t hit something else? I think it’s a case of somebody not proofreading.:D

Fuel starvation or contamination. Happened 5 minutes from my shop. My GM was going home on Friday and saw it crash right in front of him. Amazing that three people in the back walked away.

Jets don't glide well. With engines gone, they become bricks.

I am also amazed that three people survived, although I can only imagine what sort of shape they are in. Ugh.

Apparently the fuel management system is the focus now. It had plenty of fuel on board. Yes, the 3 passengers are extremely lucky to be alive. Sadly the crew in the cockpit was not so fortunate. This brief video is incredible to watch as they got out of the aircraft just in time. Leave your bags though!

Sounds like no one checked on the pilots.

    When it's your time...

My good friend has a plane that has a parachute built into the body of the plane that will slow the whole plane down in a catastrophic situation. I don't think it would have helped in this type of situation but I don't understand why more aircraft don't have real safety measures that give you a chance when catastrophic failure occurs.

You see the front of that plane in the video right? How exactly would you check on the pilots?
